Hiring IT Specialist – Dubai (Full-Time)

Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Specialist to handle:

• Installation, configuration, and management of laptops, PCs, and other IT systems.
• Daily IT support and troubleshooting.
• Basic AV system management (preferred).
• Vendor and client coordination.
• Documentation and reporting.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 2+ years in IT support (Dubai or home country); experience in events or live production is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Networking, hardware troubleshooting, event software, and AV technology. Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA) are preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and ability to work under pressure.
