IT Server Engineer, Location: Dubai

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective deployment, maintenance, and support of our organization’s server environment. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of Windows, Linux, Avaya, VMware, and Hyper-V technologies, and will have previous experience in working with a server team.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure the effective planning, deployment, and maintenance of Windows, Linux, Avaya, VMware, and Hyper-V servers. Develop and maintain server policies, procedures, and documentation. Ensure the security and integrity of the organization’s server infrastructure by implementing and maintaining appropriate security measures. Monitor and report on server performance and capacity, and identify and address any issues proactively. Manage server backups and disaster recovery procedures.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in server management, with expertise in Windows, Linux, Avaya, VMware, and Hyper-V technologies. Knowledge of server security and compliance standards. Experience in backup and disaster recovery planning and implementation. Certifications in relevant technologies such as MCSE, RHCE, and VCP are a plus
