Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive:
- Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and set appointments.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules
- Present/communicate company solutions, products and services to potential clients
- Utilizing your considerable company product knowledge and your knowledge of competitor products to create value propositions that differentiate from competitors
- Trusted advisor – Establishes strong relationships based on knowledge of account requirements and commitment to value (value of counsel and expertise, value of solutions, value of implementation expertise)
- This may include development of a marketing and sales strategy for presentation to clients describing products and services available
- Sells our portfolio of products and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
- Present products and services to new accounts
- Handle customer presentation, quotes, RFIs, and RFPs.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Build and document sales activities in company CRM software and document activities.
- Coordinate with the management team to enhance sales presentation.
- Meet productivity metrics as per the management team’s directions.
