IT Project Manager Dubai Contractual Role

• 6+ years’ experience in program management, pmo roles. 4+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale erp transformation projects at global corporations.
• Has specific experience with implementation of Microsoft dynamics 365 or similar erp systems is a must focused on finance, procurement and HR
• Handling stakeholders meeting cross-functional requirements.
• Experience in working with senior leadership team.
• Create overall awareness about contractual terms and conditions and ensure internal stakeholders understand relevant requirements and track them with vendors.
• Maintain and update change and contract management related logs.
• Manage internal and external meetings with external contract partners. Risk management & escalation management.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills. Adheres to pmo guidelines, project reporting requirements, drive accountability and rectifies noncompliance.
• Hands-on experience in jira, smart sheet / MS project / monday.com
• Project management certification and consultancy background is a plus.
• Bachelor or master’s degree in business informatics or comparable qualification (study / professional experience).
