Description:

We are hiring IT Project Coordinator.

Requirement:

• Coordinate all administrative functions related to the entire support process
• Arrange resource, and equipment deliveries, and coordinate with subcontractor in order to execute projects as recommended by department heads
• Plan and schedule AMC preventive maintenance service as and when required
• Maintain Change Control Forms, and Change Request Forms
• Ensure that company policies are followed while providing support to the customers
• Ensure resource availability, customer satisfaction and timely delivery of customer needs
• Arrange to resolve issues, inform the customer and follow up as and when required
• Ensure that services offered by our staff exceed customer expectations
• Arrange for modifications in services and service delivery, as necessary, to address the needs of our customers and company requirements
