Job Description: A leading medical clinic in Ajman, UAE, is urgently seeking a skilled IT/Patient Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure and Patient dealing to ensure the smooth operation of our clinic. Fresher can also apply with good IT knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems.
- Provide technical support to clinic staff for IT-related matters.
- Collaborate with external IT vendors when necessary.
- Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.
- Keep abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies.
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Provide accurate information to visitors and handle inquiries.
- Manage and maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain security by following procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. ( If you have proven experience in IT field, then related degree is not necessary.
- Basic knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
- Arabic language is an advantage
