Experience: 5+ years

We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Operations Engineer to join our team in Dubai. If you have a strong background in Application Support and are skilled in troubleshooting business application services on Windows and Linux platforms,

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operating system troubleshooting for both Linux and Windows environments.
• Perform application-level troubleshooting (L2, L3).
• Monitor and troubleshoot application incidents, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Utilize NOC experience to maintain service reliability.
• Incident management and resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in troubleshooting Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Strong application support skills with experience in L2 and L3 troubleshooting.
• ITIL, AWS, and Windows certifications are highly desirable.
• Excellent incident management skills.
• Ability to monitor services and troubleshoot application incidents with a basic understanding of operating system databases and applications.
