1-Senior Network analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent.
• qualification/certification such as CCIE or equivalent
• 8 years of experience in a networking position preferably in ISPs or big organizations
• Hands-on knowledge in Cisco MPLS , multicast, and advanced routing
• Knowledge in any of these technologies is, Python, WAF, next generation firewalls is preferred.

2-Senior Passive Network Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent.
• Qualification/certification in Datacenter environment, Vendor cabling , CMS solution , BISCI certification
• 8 years of experience in a Passive Infrastructure role
• Hands-on experience with CommScope Imvision Solution
• Hands-on knowledge in Passive Infrastructure and the able to oversee and audit a cabling contractor.
• Knowledge in any of these technologies AutoCAD, DCIM, FNT is preferred.

3-Officer IT Field Support

Requirements:

• BSc/BA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field
• Minimum of 10 years of working experience as an IT Field Support Engineer
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective user management and communication skills

4-Senior Officer IT Field Support

Requirements:

• BSc/BA degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as an IT Field Support Engineer
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
• Strong knowledge of desktop computer systems, mobile devices, client-side network devices
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Operating systems, Wi-Fi technologies, VPN, IP telephony Microsoft Office, Office 365, Teams, Remote desktop connection tools, and other desktop applications

5-IT Helpdesk Technician

Requirements:
