Description:

IT Helpdesk Engineer- Immediate Joining

Candidate must have UAE work experience for minimum 2 years.

Key duties involve actively responding to incidents and support requests using remote diagnostic software, resolving customer problems and handling ‘Out of Hours’ calls for specified customers.

Ideally you will be a Microsoft Certified Professional, but we are keen to hear from experienced people with strong skills in Microsoft products such as Office, Exchange and Active Directory, as well as Network Trouble Shooting and Internet Security.

The products/areas you will need to support include, but are not limited to:

General PC issues

Microsoft Office products/Microsoft Office 365/Microsoft Teams including telephony

Microsoft Azure/Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services & associated technologies

Microsoft Exchange/Microsoft Hyper-V/Network configuration & troubleshooting

Router/Firewall configuration & troubleshooting/Internet Security/DNS

Microsoft Certified Professional

Other relevant qualifications from preferred partners
