Hiring IT Field Technician
Will provide onsite technical support and preventive maintenance of IT equipment deployed for business use. Onsite tests and analysis of IT hardware equipment, peripherals,
Operating System, Structured cabling, network etc.
Based on established deployment, trouble shooting and preventive maintenance instructions.
This role will also be responsible for the onsite delivery and installation of IT equipment.
This role will also interact with the business users in order to facilitate the hardware installation and time slot for servicing.
Resolve tickets raised as per given SLA Adherence to the internal process and procedures, good communication with all end users
