Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Reports to: Operations Manager – Abu Dhabi

We are looking for a skilled IT Field Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support to our clients across the UAE. If you have strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (computers, printers, peripherals, etc.).
• Diagnose technical problems, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Respond to service requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Document and track support activities in the ticketing system.
• Conduct hardware/software upgrades and provide user training.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience in UAE (field support role).
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or MCITP are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices for incident and problem management.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Valid driver’s license & willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
