We’re looking for an Arabic speaker candidates to fill a position of IT Customer Service to our locations in UAE, the best candidate should have the following:

• 1 – 2 Years of experience in IT field.
• Basic Knowledge and experience of Cisco Networking Products.
• Basic Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Systems (Active Directory, Shared Folders and Backup).
• Experience of Providing Managed Services for clients and employees (IT Support, and IT Services and products)
• Good communications skills, and customer-facing experience.
• Based in UAE
• Certificates: CCNA (must).
• Languages: English (Fluent), Arabic Speaker (must)
