Assist Project Managers in managing projects i.e. maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.
Documenting and following up on important actions.
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
Providing administrative support as needed for the project.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills in English.
Ability to think quickly and logically, ensure practical response and solution to customer inquiries.
