5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in process improvement and system requirements/implementation. Experience with Process Improvement/Workflow mapping tools. Experience as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for interfacing between business users/stakeholders to answer any queries that arise during the development and testing of an automated solution. Familiarity with Agile software development processes. Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills. Project delivery on-time and within budget.
