WE Are Urgently Hiring IT Administrator/Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Enterprise Systems Administration: Manage and administer Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise applications. Oversee user accounts, permissions, and enforce IT policies across company systems. Perform regular system backups, upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Infrastructure Management: Administer VMware hypervisors, SAN & NAS Storage (NetApp, IBM), and Blade servers. Manage switching, networking, and firewall configurations to maintain a secure infrastructure. Support and manage cloud hosting environments (MS Azure) and hybrid IT solutions.
• Satellite Telecommunication: Support and maintain VSAT and satellite communication systems to ensure reliable connectivity in remote operations.
• Security & Compliance: Implement and adhere to IT security policies, cybersecurity protocols, and data protection regulations. Utilize endpoint security solutions to prevent cyber threats, fraud, and unauthorized access.
• Telephony & Surveillance: Administer CCTV systems, biometric attendance systems, and NEC telephony solutions.
• Asset & Vendor Management: Manage software licensing, renewals, and vendor agreements. Oversee IT inventory, AMC contracts, and warranty tracking.
• Required Certifications:
• Microsoft Systems: MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent
• Networking & Security: CCNA, CCNP
• IT Service Management: ITIL Foundation or equivalent
• Cloud: Relevant cloud certification (preferred)

Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 7 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in contracting, manufacturing, or multi-site operations.
• Strong expertise in cloud solutions & hybrid environments (Microsoft Azure, AWS).
• Proven experience in cybersecurity, IT governance, and data protection.
• Familiarity with VSAT technology & satellite communications for remote connectivity.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
