Looking for IT Administrator and Support Engineer in Dubai

About the Role:

To infrastructure services and operations and forms part of the IT department. The IT Administrator & Support Engineer will be required to provide support to Network and Security Services and Operations.

Requirement and responsibilities:

• Planning, Design, Installation and Configuration of various network devices and services (Firewalls, Routers, Core, Distribution & Access Switches, Access Points Devices, Wireless controller, Wi-Fi security), APN, Load Balancers, Traffic Shaping, VPN and QoS), and any other network managed devices e.g. Promethean Interactive Panels
• A member of IT support team; Troubleshoot and provide the first/second-level solutions and fixing daily issues with different stakeholders,  devices and applications; devices and peripherals e.g. Chromebook, Windows PC, MAC OS, MAC IOS devices, Android…etc.
• Configure and manage Fortigate & Cyberoam NGFW firewalls and any other organizational Firewalls
• Configure and manage Aruba ClearPass, Aruba Airwave, PaperCut MPS
• Maintaining Servers; both Data and Virtual Appliances.
• Integrate Google G suite with different systems; ClearPass, NGFW, paperCut MPS; for Authentication and Groups assignment and use it for applying security and internet policies.
• Google Admin Console: Administer the domain, organizations, users, and groups, including security settings, access permissions, apps, and matriculation for google workspace and Google Vault. Administer third-party add-ons. Chromebook device management: security and policies
• Plan, Design, Implement and Maintain Local Area Network (LAN), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN);
• Compile Network Documentation
• Degree (BSc/ MSc) in technology-related subject.
• A minimum of five (5) years hands-on experience in maintaining ICT Infrastructure (Servers, Data &Voice cabling, Data Switches, Wireless Access Points, Access point Controllers, Routers, Firewall, Internet Lines, PCs, Laptops, Tablet PCs, Printers, Peripherals, Multimedia Projectors, Interactive Panels, Video Conferencing System, Digital Signage, AV equipment, etc.), Microsoft Server Operating Systems, Server Security and Server-based applications.
• Experience in deploying technologies policies and standards.
• Network related certificates e.g. CCNP Certified HP Accredited Network Engineer
• Experience in Google Workspace administration and Programming Experience including Google scripting and Google Apps Manager (GAM)
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving (technical) skills. Ability to multi-task and cope with a degree of pressure at peak times.
• Ability to work independently
• Proven track record in the technologies mentioned above
