Investor Relations Assistant

15k AED – 20k AED P/Month

• Applicantions are open for UAE Residents only
• Supporting the Senior Management team in preparation of investor presentations, reports and other materials for monthly and quarterly updates.
• Co-ordinate investor meetings, calls and events ensuring seamless organisation
• Management of Investor Relations calendar, arranging meetings, booking flights and general administrative support for the Investment team
• Management of CRM systems and production of data analysis and MIS reporting
• Must have an excellent Financial, Business or Economics degree from an Internationally recognised University
• Excellent Communication skills
• Conversant with Powerpoint, Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and pro-actively to meet deadlines and find solutions by thinking laterally
• Must be able to demonstrate to the Investment team a desire to build a career within Investor Relations within a leading PE Brand
