Inventory Controller

Job Description    :         

• Ensure availability of material at the right time for a smooth and uninterrupted operation across the company.
• Ensure the minimum stock levels are maintained and reviewed and appropriate actions are initiated wherever required.
• Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting and ensure accuracy checks.
• Minimize overstocking and discard obsolete materials as per policy.
• Coordinate with Purchase & Stores and ensure material stock availability.
• Raise Purchase Request based on material stock availability.
• Prepare relevant M.I.S. reports to facilitate timely decisions on procurement/ warehousing.

Job Specification:

• Engineering Graduates (Mechanical) followed with 4-5 years of relevant experience
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering followed with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Graduates (Commerce/Science) followed with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Work experience in steel industry desirable.
• Should have knowledge of Min-Max in ERP-Oracle System V12.
• Should possess good computer skills (ERP-ORACLE, MS-OFFICE), process analytical skills and presentation skills
