Job Description:

Join our team as an Inventory Assistant and play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and organized inventory levels. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the efficiency of our inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process incoming shipments of goods and materials.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.
• Perform regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in the organization and optimization of warehouse space.
• Coordinate with purchasing and other departments to replenish stock.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and discrepancies.
• Identify and resolve issues related to inventory, such as overstock or shortages.
• Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline operations.
• Perform other inventory-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Inventory Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items, as required.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols.
• High school diploma or equivalent
