Hiring International Sales Team Leader / Manager (Real Estate)

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are currently are seeking a dynamic and experienced European International Sales Team Leader / Manager to lead and develop our international sales team. in Abu Dhabi.

As the Head of the team, you will play a critical role in steering the strategic direction, growth, and operational excellence of our International sales structure. You’ll be responsible for driving business performance, enhancing customer experience, and leading a team towards achieving outstanding results in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate international sales agents to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to sales agents, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Stay current on market trends, regulations, and best practices in the real estate industry.
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote listings and generate leads.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Valid real estate license.
