As the Team Leader/Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the international sales department, specifically targeting international investors looking to purchase properties in Abu Dhabi. Your main duties will include building a team of international sales agents, developing a successful sales strategy, and utilizing various marketing tactics to attract potential buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the international sales department
- Headhunt international investors who are based outside UAE to purchase properties in UAE specially in Abu Dhabi
- Build and manage a team of international sales agents
- Develop and implement a successful sales strategy
- Utilize various marketing tactics to attract potential buyers
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate international sales agents to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales agents, ensuring they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to sales agents, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Stay current on market trends, regulations, and best practices in the real estate industry.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote listings and generate leads.
Requirements:
- English speaker
- Extensive experience in the real estate industry in the UAE
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong network and have a lot of connections related to real estate industry outside UAE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid real estate license.
