Description:

Looking for Interior Designer with the following responsibilities:

• Undertake design project from concept to completion
• Offers superior customer service and cultivates relationships with clients to sell & develop future business utilizing effective selling.
• Utilizes strong interpersonal skills, selling skills, active listening, professional attitude, and represents the company with integrity and professionalism.
• Provides design services to client, including house calls, presenting floor plans and full presentation boards for design and fit-out
• Assists all customers as called in rotation and ensures appropriate order procedures and processing.
• Maintains client contact from order writing through delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
• Responsibility of proper channels Clients/ Design mode interiors
• Business development by achieving high-quality inquiries with residential, commercial & Hospitality projects
• Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”
• Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.
• Consider how the space will be used and how people will move through the space
• Sketch preliminary design plans, including electrical and partition layouts
• Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring etc…
• Create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs
• Select materials and oversee the installation of the design elements
• Visit the site after the project is complete, to ensure that the client is satisfied
• Prepare Mood Images Presentation
• Prepare Full 2D Layouts, Elevations and Details
• Prepare Full 3D Max V-ray Presentation with Sample Board
• Good knowledge with Dubai Authorities Drawings
• Set costs and project fees according to budget
• Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.
• Produce “sample”, “mood products” and Free hand Sketch.
• Supervise work progress.
• Work closely with other designers, decorators, architects and constructors.
• Research and follow industry changes, evolution and best practices.
