Description:
We are looking for artistic, detail-oriented candidates with good interpersonal skills for the position of interior designer. The interior designer’s key responsibilities include visualizing and sketching design plans as per the Company’s requirements, sourcing products and materials, determining costs and inspecting construction to ensure alignment with design specifications met. To comply with the regulatory environment around inspections and building codes.
Salary Dhs. 4,000 to 5,000

Roles & Responsibility
- Preparing sketches and mood boards as per the requirement.
- Determine the cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
- Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
- Suggest materials and products included in plans.
- Utilize computer applications in the design process.
- Inspect the design after completion to determine whether the goals are met.
- Takes accurate as-built measurements for developing plans and designs.
- Create design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures.
- Accountable for generating technical design specifications for all new furniture products within the overall business targets of cost, performance, and aesthetics.
- Work with our furniture development teams to ensure required construction is carried consistently across all furniture items.
- Call out opportunities for improving the design, manufacturing efficiency, and cost.
- Create technical specifications for new furniture development using various computer software.
- Presents design concepts and takes detailed notes to address customer requests.
- Perform special assignments as given by the Head of the Department.
Knowledge, Skill & Competencies required
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in interior designing.
- Portfolio of design work.
- Experience with computational design.
- Excellent communication skills, especially about communicating an artistic vision.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max or similar design software
