Hiring Interior Designer, Dubai.

We are a Colife company specializing in real estate, we are looking for a project manager and Interior Designer to join our team in the renovation department in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Managing a renovation project
• Identification of repair tasks
• Drawing up a design project, according to the company’s standards: taking measurements, drawing an apartment plan, calculating estimates, compiling a list of purchases for repairs and interior design
• Communication with building management, obtaining permits for renovation, and delivery of goods
• Organization of work and quality control of contractors at the facility
• Control of furniture assemblers, and arrangement of furniture according to the design project
• Preparation of budget reports
• Preparation of the apartment for a photo session
• Preparation of the apartment for the delivery department according to the checklist.

Requirements:

• Experience as an interior designer or project manager in the field of real estate for at least 2 years
• Experienced knowledge of computer programs:
• SketchUp, Microsoft Office Knowledge of repair work
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Ability to negotiate
• Time management and process organizer skills
• The flexibility of mind, creative and critical thinking
• Ability to find non-standard solutions and quick response to changes
• Responsibility, attention to detail
• Strict adherence to deadlines
• Proficiency in English.
