Interior Designer required

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect / Interior Designer with excellent communication skills to join our team.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Project management
• Preparation of Landscaping, interior & carpentry design works in AutoCAD, with detailed drawings for approval from different Authorities, DM, and client.
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, and V-Ray.
• Going for site survey and site measurement, communicating with client, preparation of design concept, mood boards, 3D rendering and presentation for projects.
• Communication with Dubai Municipality, RTA

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Interior Design / Architecture.
• Must have experience in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Vray, 3DS MAX, and other design software.
• Must be able to read and edit AutoCAD files.
• Must have experience in Interior Fitout company with proven experience in handling residential, retail, and commercial company
• Must have contacts of the suppliers in the UAE for procurement of the materials
• Must have strong knowledge of all kinds of luxury finishes and experience in creating concept designs, style boards, layouts, schematic designs, visuals and detail design.
• Knowledgeable in the design and technical skills both in Fitout & Joinery Projects
• Must have excellent knowledge in Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment and Finishes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good Communication skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is a plus
