Description:

 We are looking for an enthusiastic Interior Designer to join our creative team.

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in design or related field
• Can independently handle and deliver project packages from concept to detailed design with minimal supervision and within tight deadlines
• Must be an expert in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Photoshop and other design programs
• Able to produce space plans and layouts
• Able to produce design presentations using PowerPoint or Adobe InDesign
• Client-facing and able to pitch confidently
• Able to provide technical support to site teams and able to resolve design-related issues onsite
• Should have an established network of suppliers
• Able to produce designs within budgets
• Must have experience in designing commercial spaces
• Able to prepare FF&E schedules
• Able to prepare material lists, sample boards and mood boards
• Able to produce 3D visuals
• BIM experience is an advantage
