NIU studio, Award-winning, Architecture and Interior design practice base in Dubai is seeking dynamic & talented Interior Designer Architect with minimum 5 years’ experience to join the team. The successful candidate will work on high-end large sizes residential projects across all phases from sketch design to documentation.
It’s request a Bachelor degree in Architecture Design with Interior Design professional experience with minimum of 5+ years of post-degree experience on the market in luxury residential projects with elegant, minimal and contemporary European style.
We are looking for an Architect able to create Interior Design concept for spaces as per senior designer brief to visualize and develop the ideas and sketches of interior and architectural design concepts including materials, finishes selections & create realistic 3D visuals, graphic presentations, illustrations and renderings that reflect the project intent to present the concept to the client.
The candidate must be able to work independently and in collaboration within teams, confident to resolve detailing and technical issues in line with the project’s design agenda according with his responsibilities.
Successfully communicate and organize with team members and make sure all deliverables are successfully met and tasks are completed on time.
