Job Overview – Intake Coordinator (Remote):
Join our client as a remote Intake Coordinator, managing inbound documentation, mail handling, and processing training records. This temporary role ensures accurate and timely distribution of patient-related documents across departments.
Compensation: $23/hour
Location: Remote Role
Schedule: Monday to Friday (40 Hours/Week)
Responsibilities as the Intake Coordinator:
- Document Management: Process and scan incoming faxes and mail, ensuring accurate distribution to the appropriate patient records.
- Correspondence Handling: Manage daily field correspondence and work closely with teams to ensure proper documentation.
- Training Documentation: Process training records submitted by Clinical Services Managers and ensure accuracy.
- Collaboration: Provide feedback and communicate with management as needed, and assist with additional duties or projects assigned by management.
Qualifications for the Intake Coordinator:
- Education: Associate’s Degree required.
- Experience: Knowledge of diabetes and previous experience supporting patients with diabetes preferred.
- Technical Skills: Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-service orientation.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams in a fast-paced environment.
