Position: Inside Sales Executive

Relevant Experience: 3+ Years.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities in the assigned territory or industry segment.
  • Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, showcasing the value proposition and benefits of our products/services.
  • Understand customer needs, requirements, and pain points to propose appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and revenue objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and client interactions, using CRM software.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive customer engagement and product improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Executive, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of 3-5 years in inside sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Experience with IT solutions, software, or technology products is highly desirable.
