Hiring for an Experienced Immigration Consultant
Job Description/Roles
Main Responsibilities:
- 5 to 8 years of strong sales experience of which 2-3 years’ experience as Immigration officer/advisor or consultant
 - Display strong sales, negotiation, listening, empathy and organizational skills in the pursuit of converting leads into sales.
 - Strong knowledge of the immigration process and programs for multiple destinations.
 - Bachelor’s Degree in any stream.
 - Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
 - Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately.
 - Attention to detail.
 - Excellent team player as well as working individually.
 - Demonstrate new ideas to the business and ability of growing with the business.
 - Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads and clients.
 - Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems.
 - Manage the process to deliver high levels of cost-clarity and customer satisfaction at all times.
 - Deliver consistently high sales performance as defined by Dept. Head in line with colleagues.
 - Provide excellent customer service thereby increasing the satisfaction and quality of experience.
