Hiring IBM Mobile First Administrator

Location – Dubai/UAE (On-Site)

Experience – 8+ Year’s

Job Description:

• Install, configure IBM Mobile first servers on all environments namely SIT, UAT, PROD and DR.
• Deploy the required wlapps& Adapters on these environments
• Apply fixpack and iFixes as required by business/technical teams on Mobile first.
• Maintain and support the availability of the Mobile first Server environment.
• Monitor the Mobile environment availability
• Identify the Root cause and solve the issues raised on Mobile first environment.
• Follow SOP to support Operational requirements.
• Generate technical documentations for new requirements and capture new changes into the existing documentation.
• Generate Financial transactions for every day and forward it to concerned Mobility support teams, to assist in financial reconciliation
• Work closely with IT Support team to open, modify and remove Firewall connections related to Mobility environment.
• Follow the standard IT service management practice, in terms of identifying, reporting and managing defects on Mobile first environment.
• Support the vendor’s queries on Smart Mobility services.
• Work closely with IT Infrastructure& other sections for technical operations or changes to Mobile first environment.
