HVAC Technician 3x
(UAE Driving license holder would be an advantage)
(Must be Experienced in Chiller & all Maintenance work)
Must be able and skilled of trouble shooting/repair/maintenance of all type of Air conditioning units.
Experience of Chillers and Air handling issues (FCUs, thermostats, motorized valves, fresh air handling units, etc.)
Familiar with planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), Emergency maintenance and Safety programs.
Works closely with electrician to carry out electrical work when required, including functions and parties.
Carry out minor plumbing maintenance work, including change or repair of leaks in faucets and drains, trenching and laying of new lines, unclogging of drains, etc. Carry out minor masonry, painting, and carpentry work.
Assemble, install, maintain, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, drainage, sprinkler, and gas systems according to specifications and plumbing codes.
Install and repair pipes, fittings, valves, fixtures, and plumbing system equipment of buildings including sinks, commodes, water heaters, water softeners, etc.
