Location: Motor City, Dubai, UAE

Primary responsibilities:

• Supervising the entire recruitment process
• Administration of Employee Health Insurance
• Managing UAE visa procedures
• Conducting onboarding and offboarding processes
• Dealing with various HR documentation and data entry
• Enhancing Employee Engagement
• Payroll Processing

Requirements:

• Proficient in HR software and documentation systems
• Familiarity with local labour laws in the UAE
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a comparable role
• Available for an immediate start
