Urgently required – Human Resources Officer
Job description:
- Always maintain confidentiality and security of company and employee documents.
- Submit, follow-up and collect all new employment and business visas to ensure that the visas are processed in a timely manner to support the business.
- Renew, update, and maintain all employees’ visas, ID cards, and Labor contracts in a timely manner to ensure that company’s records are up to date with all concerned Authorities.
- Renew/amend trade licenses, Chamber of Commerce, Establishment cards, etc.
- Deal with general enquiries regarding PRO functions promptly and efficiently to enhance the level of department service.
- Provide service, support, and assistance to new and existing employees on their requirements.
- Prepare various kinds of HR related correspondence.

- Keeps abreast of laws and regulations issued by the government including the ministries of interior and labor, relating to passports and registration.
- Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports to line manager.
- Update and maintain records in the personnel information system and run standard and ad hoc queries.
- Always maintain the employees’ files, including digital files, up to date.
- Coordinate between the HR department and other departments within the company.
- Maintain employee leave and attendance administration and records.
- Checks applications to ensure completion of required documentation in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations and pass to the head of the section for Review/approval.
- Prepare for the new hires check-in process and HR documentation.
- Prepare for the leavers check out process and HR documentation.
- Assist the staff with the requested letters ex. NOC, Salary Certificate, Pay slip, etc.
- Prepare monthly payroll
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with contracting company.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Local laws, regulations and procedures
