Hriing Human Resources (HR) Officer

Position: HR Officer

Department: Human Resources

Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary:

The HR Officer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR functions within the company. This includes recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Prepare employment contracts, job offers, and onboarding documents.
  • Conduct orientation and onboarding sessions for new employees.

Employee Relations & Workplace Culture

  • Address employee concerns and grievances professionally.
  • Promote a positive work environment through engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and the UAE labor law.
  • Implement HR best practices to maintain high employee morale and productivity.

Payroll & Attendance Management

  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and overtime calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE wage protection system (WPS).

Performance Management & Training

  • Implement performance evaluation systems and appraisal processes.
  • Identify training needs and organize skill development programs.
  • Assist in career development planning and employee growth initiatives.

Compliance and Legal Requirements

  • Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and company policies.
  • Handle visa processing, renewals, and cancellations in coordination with PRO services.
  • Maintain updated records of employee documents, contracts, and compliance reports.

HR Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain employee files, HR records, and documentation.
  • Generate HR reports, including recruitment metrics and staff turnover analysis.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in a professional manner.
