We’re Hiring: Human Resources Manager – Hospitality Sector

Location: Dubai, UAE | 🏨 Pre-Opening Hotel Project

Are you an experienced HR leader with a passion for hospitality and hotel pre-openings? We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team and lead all HR functions for an exciting new hotel project in Downtown Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Drive pre-opening HR activities: manpower planning, hiring, and policy setup
• Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law and oversee PRO coordination
• Spearhead Learning & Development programs and foster a strong culture of engagement
• Manage payroll inputs, leave, benefits, and HR systems in coordination with Finance

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of HR experience in hospitality, with pre-opening experience strongly preferred
• Solid knowledge of UAE labour law, HR systems, and best practices
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Experience in L&D and PRO coordination is an advantage
• Fluency in English is required
