Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing HR activities, ensuring alignment with our business goals and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture. Your expertise in multinational HR practices will drive our strategies in talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement across diverse cultural landscapes.
Eligibility Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy and local regulations.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for international locations, ensuring a fair and efficient hiring process.
- Oversee employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives to meet international standards and needs.
- Provide decision support through HR metrics, ensuring they are in line with our strategic goals.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, minimizing risk of litigation and penalties.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive, ideally within the real estate sector or a multinational company.
- Deep knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
- Ability to strategize and formulate business and HR plans.
- Familiarity with the legal HR and business landscape in multiple countries.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in HR metrics and HR systems.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (such as CIPD or SHRM) preferred.
