Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates responsible for GCC. The HR Business Partner will be responsible aligning HR strategies with Business Objectives to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

Key Result Areas

  • Contribute to the creation of a high performing organization through the development and retention of talented staff
  • Ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, and overseeing payroll and performance management initiatives.
  • Provide sound advice to managers and staff on people issues.
  • Ensure effective HR administration processes.
  • Leads and manages a high performing team.
  • Ensures compliance with values, policies and standards, and ensures compliance will all statutory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Post Graduation or Certification in Human Resources Management is a plus
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Human Resources role in multicultural organizations.
  • Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law
  • Proficiency in Performance Management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and trends
