This multifaceted role entails organizing meetings, facilitating onboarding/offboarding processes for clients, and serving as a bridge between HR managers, employees, retail teams, and communication channels, ensuring timely resolution of queries and requests. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with HR managers in the development of policies, procedures, and documentation.
