Human Resource Manager
Responsibilities:
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for typical duties such as recruitment across all location and project policies and procedure, leaves, attendance, appraisal, organizational structure, labor accommodation, payroll processing, etc. the role will be based in our Dubai head office
Requirements:
Arab national Degree qualified with minimum 15 years of UAE experience working in a mid to large size construction companies in UAE
Resume should detail under which company you have worked for, a short explanation about the company, its size and the typical projects they work on in the construction industry, the ideal candidate will be based in UAE and working for a medium to large construction company as an HRM, Experienced in managing HR personnel
