Job Description:

  • Develop HR recruitment plan and system according to the company’s overall strategy to meet the staffing needs of the department
  • Responsible for the implementation of recruitment, monitoring the recruitment process and evaluating the recruitment effect
  • Responsible for the maintenance and evaluation of various recruitment channels, and the organization and planning of annual campus recruitment
  • Responsible for revising and improving the recruitment management system and working process
  • Responsible for the recruitment of senior executive positions, with certain strategic vision, able to build a long-term recruitment talent pool according to the company’s existing talent echelon
  • Confirm recruitment needs, participate in the formulation of the annual recruitment plan, and organize its implementation
  • Organize and implement recruitment and participate in the maintenance of recruitment tools to ensure the quality of recruitment
  • Analysed the effect of recruitment regularly and put forward improvement plans
  • Responsible for the construction and maintenance of the company’s recruitment channels to ensure the effective achievement of recruitment satisfaction rate
  • Responsible for compiling audit and energy efficiency analysis

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

  • Experience in recruitment in international logistics development preferred
  • Proven track record of working with a leadership level on a
  • Proven track record of success in a recruiting role, having had responsibility for screening, interviewing, and hiring for multiple positions concurrently
  • Aptitude to recruit for a broad and deep range of positions;
  • Sound knowledge of recruitment tools and strategies;
  • Exceptional standard of written and verbal communications skills including the ability to advise and liaise across all levels of the organization;
  • Ability to objectively coach, mentor, and develop team members;
  • Excellent MS Office skills will be an advantage;
