Description:
athGADLANG is looking for a Human Resource Executive (HRE) to be based in Dubai who will be looking after our Dubai office as well as Bahrain and KSA. The HRE would be responsible for managing a team of 80 plus people within the Group and providing support in the various human resource functions, including recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring, and employee counselling.
Technical and Core Competencies:
- Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and/or equivalent.
- At least 4-5 years and above of related working experience in human resources and administration supporting an organization with extensive team management is essential.
- Any HR certification is a plus point.
- Must have adequate knowledge of MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel, along with CRM software.
- Must be familiar with the HR software to manage the employees’ data and weekly timesheets.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communications skills, adept at dealing with and engaging people at all levels.
- Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers; across different levels of the organization and externally.
