Ensure all documentation work related to onboarding and exit process is in place, Support Talent Acquisition lead in sourcing, Handle leave management for Dubai clinics, Handle all employee queries/ grievance (POC), Escalate when required, maintaining employee file with respect HR, all salary advance / loan advance process, air ticket reimbursement & increment, Transfer of services of employee within clinics to be handles, Support in implementation of PMS, POC – Employee queries for leaves, Salary Advance, general queries
