Aspire Manpower service is hiring on behalf of our client in Dubai.

HSE Officer

Contract: 4months Extendable

Accountabilities:

• Develop & execute Health & Safety plans in the work place according to legal guidelines.
• Preparing & enforcing policies to establish a culture of health & safety.
• Conducting training & presentations for health & safety matters & accident prevention.
• Conducting Risk assessments & enforcing preventive measures.
• Inspect equipment & machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
• Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes & handle worker’s compensation claims.
• Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new preventive measures
• Report any Health & Safety awareness, issues & prepare statistics accordingly.
• Conduct / Organize relevant health & safety training for staff as required, for eg: First Aid, Firefighting, Working at Height, Riggers, Bankmans, Carne operators etc.
• To carry out investigations into all accidents & near miss incidents and to record the findings on the relevant forms.
• Conduct Health &Safety inspections & prepare reports & documents as required.
• Monitor exposure to certain hazardous chemicals.
• Stops any unsafe acts / conditions that seems dangerous or unhealthy.
• Conduct TBT weekly & record maintained.
• Inspect the site regularly to ensure it is a hazard free environment & promote safe practices at the job site.
• Enforce safety guidelines & carries out drills & exercises on how to manage emergency situations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 -5 years of experience.
• Must have IOSH, NEBOSH, and OSHAD Certifications.
• Candidates should be in own or dependent visa.
• Contract : 4 months (Extendable)
