A leading Furniture production company in Dubai, UAE is currently looking for a proactive HSE Manager and Officer to join their esteemed team. The selected candidate will play a vital role in overseeing the implementation and maintenance of health, safety and environmental standards within our Joinery Factory operations.
Responsibilities & Requirements (HSE Manager)
Lead the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures specific to a Joinery Factory environment in Dubai, UAE. Conduct regular audits and inspections, oversee HSE training programs, investigate incidents, and maintain compliance with UAE safety regulations. Foster a culture of safety and ensure effective communication with regulatory bodies.
Minimum 5 years of HSE management experience in a Joinery Factory setting in the Middle East. Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma. NEBOSH certification preferred. Deep understanding of Middle East safety regulations and standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Requirements (HSE Officer)
Support the implementation of HSE policies and procedures within a Furniture Production unit in Dubai, UAE, focusing on the Joinery Factory operations. Conduct routine inspections, assist in HSE training, investigate incidents, and ensure adherence to UAE safety standards. Collaborate with teams to promote a safe working environment and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Minimum 3 years of experience as an HSE Officer in a Joinery Factory or similar environment in the UAE. Diploma or relevant certification. Familiarity with NEBOSH or equivalent certification preferred. Knowledge of local safety regulations and standards in the Middle East. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
