Degree in Biology/Chemistry/any related sciences
At least 3-5 years of experience in a medical laboratory or any equivalent setting
Well-experienced in handling biohazards, chemicals and testing equipment
With HSE Certification and well-rounded in all HSE operations and policies
Strong leadership, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Effective communication skills
Identify HSE hazards, biohazards and chemical storage hazards
Conduct risk assessment and mitigate the risks identified
Set-up HSE procedures and rules for the operation of medical lab and store, and emergency plans and response procedures
Enforce and ensure compliance on all local HSE rules on all department
Analyze and report HSE issues
