We are Urgently Hiring for HSE Engineer (DP) in Major OIL/GAS Co. of UAE.
Work Location: Abu Dhabi with frequent offshore visit.
Accommodation: Single Status provided

Min Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline / Health, Safety or Environmental Sciences or an equivalent qualification (Preferably Chemical / Mechanical/ Electrical) possession of NEBOSH International General Certificate or Equivalent in Oil and GAS Qualifications.
Experience:
- More than 5 years of experience, of which at least 3 years in a similar position in the HSE function, preferable in the oil & gas industry.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in executing HSEIAs and Safety studies associated with offshore operations/installations.
- Shall Have Good Experience In Desk/Office Job
Job Specific Skills:
- Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and behavioral aspects in the Oil & Gas industries.
- Good knowledge of all HSE Management system and CO. standards and local and international legislation.
- Direct experience and proficiency with HSE Management Systems and HSE requisites such as Risk Assessments, Audits, Inspections, and Procedures.
- Good knowledge in Drilling Operation activities, Drilling Emergencies, and Rig site specific safety plans.
- Ability to develop and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures/plans and site specific HSE procedures / work instructions.
- Ability to conduct training/awareness sessions on relevant HSE procedures applicable to the SOW. Good Knowledge about HSE Studies and their requirements Behavioral Competencies
- Ability to work effectively as an individual with minimal direction and as part of a larger team.
- Ability to investigate incidents, identify immediate and root causes.
- Ability to conduct HSE audits and inspections.
- Good at Time Management
- Good training and presentation skills
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and contractors of various natures
