Description:
Urgent Required HSE Design Engineer for UAE Location
Years of experience: 3+ years in the field of Oil & Gas / Petrochemical for EPC projects
Develop HSE study reports, HAZOP/HAZID reports, SIL assessment report, fire proofing requirements, consequence analysis report, fire and explosion report, QRA (Qualitative Risk Assessment Report), emergency evacuation analysis, flare radiation analysis, noise studies, PHSER (Project Health Safety Environmental Report) etc.
Prepare loss prevention design documents including, firewater systems, hydraulic calculations, fire protection layouts, safety equipment layouts, area classification layouts, fire proofing design, F&G cause & effect diagrams, F&G detection layouts, firefighting and safety equipment specifications, Fie Protection Design Basis, Fire & Gas Philosophies.
Supports in the preparation of technical inquiry requests (Inquiry Requisitions) to vendors; participate in the technical evaluation of vendor bid offers. Provide guidance in the Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE).
