- Assist in the onboarding process by preparing essential paperwork, establishing employee profiles, and coordinating orientation sessions for new hires.
- Provide support for payroll operations, including the collection and verification of timesheets and attendance records, as well as addressing payroll-related inquiries.
- Aid in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures to foster a compliant work environment.
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development activities to enhance employee skills.
- Help administer employee benefits programs, which encompass health insurance, retirement plans, and management of leave.
- Act as a resource for employees, addressing inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist the HR team in organizing corporate events, meetings, and recognition initiatives.
- Contribute to the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and various documentation as required.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies at all times.
