Role Highlights:
- Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for handling day-to-day HR tasks.
- Managing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and personnel management.
- Address employee queries and concerns.
- Manage conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment.
- Implement policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.
- Organize employee engagement activities to boost morale.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Administer payroll and manage employee benefits.
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in UAE is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies.
- Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong understanding on UAE Labour Law and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRMS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
